Chairman and Founder
Iman Hart is a licensed attorney in both South Carolina and Washington, D.C. She also a member of the U.S. District Court of South Carolina Federal Bar. She specializes in both Criminal and Insurance Defense. She serves an Associate Attorney with the Dickie, McCamey, & Chilcote Law Firm focusing on insurance defense and litigating workers' compensation, civil , criminal, and construction matters in their Lancaster, SC Office.
Vice President
Ashley Rummell is a licensed attorney in South Carolina. She has experienced in both Will, Trusts, & Estates, and Family Law. She currently is an associate for the Stokes Family Law & Mediation Law Firm where she litigates Family Law cases. She is a member of the the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.

Jalen Jeter is a Business Intelligence Analyst in Washington D.C. specializing within cybersecurity and infrastructure security upon domestic and international fronts. He has 4 years of combined experience including work with the Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, The Carter Center and Peraton. He is a member of Black Professionals in International Affairs.
Board Member
Isaac Grosswiler is a licensed attorney in South Carolina, U.S. District Court of South Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is a skilled attorney with a unique background in corporate, maritime, and insurance defense law, as well as workers' compensation and labor relations. Presently, Isaac is the Corporate Counsel at Mercedes-Benz Vans, LLC. His legal career is complemented by his experience as an Electrical Systems Engineer at the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Plant, and over a decade in the U.S. Navy as a Submarine Nuclear Electrical Operator, Technician, and Instructor. Isaac is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, SC Bar In-House Counsel Committee, and the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce.
